How do I connect my inbox?
Connect Gmail or Outlook and approve access in your browser. Inboi scans your recent mail to learn your world and is working within minutes.
Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes — both. Inboi connects securely to Google or Microsoft and works your inbox the same way on either.
Will it send emails right away?
No. It starts by drafting for your approval. You hand it autonomy gradually, as it proves itself.
Staying in control
Can I stop a message before it sends?
Yes. Every autonomous send holds for an undo window — one tap on "Don't send" stops it.
How do I pause everything?
The Pause button freezes all autonomous action instantly.
Will it decide something that's mine?
Never. Money, commitments, legal matters, and your opinion always come to you.
Can I see what it did?
Yes — the "Sent by Inboi" view shows every send, with a clear trail of what it did and why.
Privacy & access
How do I disconnect or delete my data?
Open the app, go to Account, and choose Disconnect my inbox. That revokes Inboi's access with your mail provider and deletes everything Inboi built from your mail — threads, drafts, contacts, your voice profile, uploaded files. Your account stays, so you can reconnect later; Delete my account entirely removes that too. Mail Inboi already sent stays in your own Sent folder, which we can't reach. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Do you sell my data or train models on it?
No. Your data is used only to run your inbox for you — never sold, never used to train generalized AI models.
