Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

The service

Inboi is an AI chief of staff for email. It reads, triages, drafts, schedules, and — within the limits you set — sends email on your behalf. AI can make mistakes. You remain responsible for the communications sent from your account, and Inboi is built to ask before anything involving money, a commitment, or your opinion.

Your account

You need a valid Google or Microsoft account to use Inboi. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Autonomous actions

When you enable autonomy, Inboi sends on your behalf and you accept responsibility for those sends within the rules you set. Every send has a one-tap undo window, and Pause stops all autonomous action instantly. Matters of money, legal weight, commitment, or opinion always escalate to you — they are never decided for you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Inboi for spam, harassment, or anything illegal, and don't use it in ways that violate Google's or Microsoft's terms. Don't probe, disrupt, or attack the service.

Availability

Inboi is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including actions taken by the AI on your behalf.

Termination

You can disconnect at any time — doing so revokes Inboi's access and deletes your stored email and calendar data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
